Have you ever wanted to make hand written notes on your digital photos or save your hand written notes in your computer without having to scan your pages? APEN has an easy to use solution that will meet your needs! APEN is a standard-shape digital pen – that also writes – and comes with a transmitter and easy to use software for both your PC and Mac.
Small and portable, APEN models digitize handwriting and hand-drawn images at anytime and in anyplace. They enable users to take handwritten notes or drawings using regular paper and ink. Items may then be converted to digital text, which may be uploaded to a computer or smartphone as a .jpg file and immediately shared by e-mail or social media sites such as Facebook and Flickr. APEN products also can be used for real-time annotation of documents, adding electronic signatures, and sending handwritten e-mails. APEN products have two working modes: mobile – which allows capture of digital notes while not connected to a computer, and online – which works as a tablet PC with compatible pen and full-mouse functionality. APEN products support Windows Vista/XP/2000, Mac, smartphones, Blackberry models, Google android, Windows® Mobile, iPhone, and iPad.
Technology for the APEN line was developed by Israeli company Pegasus Technologies, Ltd and is based on military electronic surveillance standards. YiFang Digital’s purchase of Pegasus in 2010 included 57 worldwide patents, five of which cover the US that will form the foundation for ongoing product development for the APEN line.
APEN digital pens are a part of E FUN that is headquartered in West Covina, California.
